Windflower Cakes, based in Hood River, OR, specializes in simply delicious buttercream wedding cakes.
I strive to create for each couple a wedding cake of the highest quality to honor their special day with authenticity, elegance, beauty and joy. Made-to-order in an Oregon Dept. of Agriculture licensed facility, all cakes are crafted from scratch with almost entirely organic ingredients, including all purpose flour, cane sugar, pastured butter and milk. Eggs and seasonal fruits are produced by local small farmers and growers. It is my mission to support the producers who use agricultural practices that sustain our earth; not only is their product quality better, the ingredients taste better!
